Thanks Nath, yeah the tax uplift almost evens things out....good news is I went back to them and they've improved their offer so I accepted :) First year total salary including sign on bonus and end of year bonus is now around $110k SGD.....I'm only 25 so don't have any family or kids yet, and happy...
