If you like the look and feel of those condo’s you’ll like any condo built during last 2-3 years, as they all look more or less the same and seem to use the same designers for the interior decoration. Does that budget fit that area – from memory I would say it may be slightly tight, but anyway, my only comment on that shortlist would be The Sail – be careful, it’s a building site (next to), and with very few regulations regarding noise it may be 24/7 for the next 12 months depending on which way...
