EarthBOX in Singapore?

I am looking for EarthBoxes to grow organic vegetables on my balcony, but I haven't found any online that are sold in (or even ship to) Singapore. Does anyone know of any place that sells them here? I think I need to stick with something like an EarthBOX that's just about foolproof because I don't h...

Isa: Thx for the recommendations. It's good to know about Beat street studio. A week ago I found Jitterbugs, and I've already signed my son up for their pre-tap/pre-jazz trial class in Nov. So excited for him! I completely agree with you about Little Gym! My son has been going to their Forum locatio...

Dance school recommendations for 4-yr-old boy needed

My 4 year old son is quite active, loves music, and always seems to be jumping around. I think he may excel in dance if given the opportunity. But I cannot teach him anything about dance. :P Any recommendations for kids' dance courses and locations would be helpful. We are probably looking more for ...

Blue and white pottery store

I have heard about a store that sells blue and white pottery, mugs, etc and I've been looking for it on-and-off for a year now. I finally found a blog posting that featured it - says it's in Ubi - but doesn't give particulars, and it was posted a year ago. Also, I chanced upon a website that says a ...

I'm looking for a good massage place, too. Back, neck, shoulders. Deep tissue is best. But I specifically need a recommendation of someone who gives a gentle and s-l-o-w massage. Too often, I feel like my muscles are being injured. Any recommendations for this? (I've used the search function, but di...

Thanks for your advice. We fly this route every one or two years, so I know not to expect charging capabilities on Delta economy. Last year we tried the in-flight entertainment with the little individual screens, but they don't adjust low enough for a *really* short passenger to see. I agree about b...

best electronics to watch DVDs in flight?

My family will be making one of those 24-hour-long international flights in a month. Now that my little boy is almost two years old, I would like to bring along something so that he can watch his favorite DVDs to stay occupied. I'm afraid the battery in a portable DVD player will run out too fast. C...

Need optometrist

Anyone know of a good optometrist that offers a wide variety of spectacles, not just the wide, bright colored frames? I need an optometrist for myself and my 1 yr old son.

Strollers on MRT - no problem. Big hassle on buses though. I simply don't travel by bus anymore and have only seen a handful of handicapped buses. Movingtospore is right. Everything "baby" costs an arm and a leg here. And there is much less selection. If you really like a particular brand of whateve...

where to find canned pumpkin?

I have a recipe that uses canned pumpkin, but I can't find it at the grocery stores near me. Know of any place that stocks it (or even fresh pumpkin)? Thx!

I had an epidural. Worked BEAUTIFULLY!!! I wish everyone's experience could be as good as mine. Originally, I wanted medication b/c I had heard that epidurals don't always work and you can only get it btw 4-7 cm, but my doc told me that meds will only take the edge off, not much else. Getting the ep...

chiropractor needed - good with neck/upper back

My neck just went out (as often happens), and I need some relief. I am in need of a chiropractor that is very good with necks. Had a great one before I moved! I prefer to find one through recommendations as I've been to one who didn't help at all.

Any recs welcome (or docs to avoid)! Thx!
