If you are sure you do not have broken bones, then keep it bandaged. Iced for 24 hours , rest . Use hot pack after 24 hrs. Best to buy an ankle guard from the pharmacy and use it when moving around for the next few days
Do not massage. It may make it worse if done incorrectly

Well, I did not see a doctor but it healed in the end although it took a long time. Is there any bruise? Apply Voltaren ointment, available in the pharmacy. It will help to ease the pain. Its best to see a doctor to check if you have broken any bones. Had a similar fall years ago and it took a long time to heal.
With your back problem, the fall could have made it worse.
Best to rest and avoid strenuous work

There are stretching exercises which you can do at home to strengthen your back besides treament from a chiropractor. Ask your doctor/chiro/physiotherapist for the exercises. They should be able to instruct you.

Definitely taking a supplement is good if you eat out all the time at food courts and if you buy cut fruits as the C value is all lost , left in the open for hours.
