Is the iPhone4 available to buy sim free in Singapore yet? I see it is on the apple store website and delivery takes 3 weeks but is there anywhere you can walk in and buy for the retail price?

Move your contract to the lowest available tarriff and leave that money in your bank account. It will work out cheaper to pay off the contract than to pay the $800 exit fee.
