Hi, i would like to make some enquires onbehalf of a friend.

- he intents to get married to a singaporean which will be a 2nd marriage for him. His wife is in india currently. Being muslim, is he allowed to do that here?

I've sent out abt 100 CVs.. but nobody has replied. I'm sure there's an agency that specialise in recruiting Foreigners .... no?

Helping a friend who is an indian national look for a job..
