Have a look into the Canadian International School Tanjong Katong Campus. They take in kids from early childhood education up to grade 8

If I'm not mistaken, CIS at Tanjong Katong does offer Mandarin.

I've gone to a lot of different international schools in different countries - and CIS is definitely one of the best that I've been to. I love the very international community feel to it. And the staff and teachers are VERY friendly!
