AR - Try Whitebait and Kale at Camden Centre (near Tanglin Mall). It's got a nice restaurant with awesome service staff. Has a bar right outside the restaurant as well. Dining can be done both inside or under the stars.

Funan the IT Mall is not bad for hardware as well. Prices are probably slightly higher than Sim Lim but at least you won't have to spend half a day haggling over prices
