Besides the politics involved in this job I personally feel that the interviewers are mostly young,inexperienced and very unprofessional. There are these 2 young ladies who are present at every recruitment these days and they seem to go for those they like rather then those who can speak and present...

don't get dishearted guys! i got in on my 10th attempt. :) sometimes its hard to not get disheartened...i personally tried for close to 20 times and twice I made it to the round which is just before the management rd but up till today still no luck of getting in...I wont say im ugly or fat and I do...

from what I know if a stewardess gets pregnant you will have to quit and you can reapply again as a flying mother within 2 yrs max but of course you will have to go for review and undergo training if selected

you will be surprised that alot of the girls smoke

hey its ok to smoke during training...you will have teabreaks every now and then and all smokers will smoke outside

the dress code for guys during training would be a long sleeve shirt,working pants and a tie. Only during your SEP training then you can wear polo shirts

if im not wrong SIA does not accept diplomas from mdis, better to check it out with HR first before committing to take up the program
