You can also approve directors fees an an extraordinary general meeting. Main point is that shareholders have to approved directors fees. Noted thanks Strong Eagle. Yeah, the appropriate channel is to register as a sole proprietor if you are running the website business on your own. Registration and Exit of sole prop business is also fairly straightforward so no harm to do so too.
