Eyebag removal: read this first

Hello! I know many people are interested in removing eyebags. BUt read this first! You need to know if your eyebags are due to really like excess fats etc. or if it's due to FAT LOSS in your face. As we age, our face lose fats (which is why buccal fats removal is a definite NONO! You'll age prematur...

Hi all, I did my double eye lids with Dr Nara 7 months ago . I didn't really did much research, it was quick and spontaneous .To me , double eye lids was just a simple surgery, one can get it done in just a matter of minutes . But what stunned me the most was that I was one of the few who had to ov...

My plastic surgery experience in Seoul, Korea

Hi! I went to Ozclinic to do my eyes and nose. It's been more than 7 months. Maybe I am an anomaly but I am not happy at all with the outcome of my surgeries. 1) Eyelids cut too high and round, so look damn high when eyes are half-closed. 2) I don't think I have ptosis. Surgeon also said repeatedly ...

Ren

Hey! I think u better think twice about doing so many surgeries. Unless your face is deformed, there really isn't a need for plastic surgery. Nothing a surgeon can do is going to look as natural as nature has given u. We see all these hype on tv etc...but in reality, botched jobs are many. Dr Kwon i...

Re: needle

Ya, I was told by a doc I consulted that to remove silicon from nose, he just had to give a local injection on the nose and pull out the thing from inside the nose. So I presume it will be the same for your tip. Your tip is bone? Wah, maybe that is why it is so but for tip with cartilage, I doubt i...

Boil: reverse epi

Hi Boil, Just wondering if Dr. Chuang told you he could reverse a bit of the epi? I am thinking it's not as simple as just covering the tear ducts. The inner whites are showing more and that's what the epi pretty scary too. Hey plasticgirl, I totally agree with your comments. I'm afraid of going to ...

Kaoshiung Medical Centre, Chang Gung Memorial Hospital

Hi Boil, What I meant was that you were initially already NOT satisfied with his work. Why go back? It's not just damage to the tear ducts. Revising epi can cause MORE scarring than epicanthoplasty. They are basically doing transpositional flaps. I am no faith in my doctor. Hence I am going to someo...

Any recommendations for oculoplastic surgeon in Taiwan

Hi! As you all know, I'm the girl who wants to revise the epicanthoplasty so it looks more like before surgery. And also to lower my eyelid folds. I am cautious about the arrogance of Korean doctors who keep claiming that I don't have to worry about scarring or stuff. I feel that they are not honest...

Double eyelid revision to make crease smaller

Hi! Just wondering if anyone had any successful double eyelid revision to make the crease smaller? And with whom? My crease is 6mm and it's been 3 months. Still very thick, deep and unnatural. I had it done to fix ptosis and now I really regret it. The ptosis look way better than what I have now. PM...

Epicanthic revision

Hi,

I think everyone here is very happy with their epi. But I'm not. I had magic epi done and even though it's less than 1mm, I still think it's too much. Has anyone successfully done an epi revision?

Thanks,
PG

PLastic surgery depression

Hi Takuda, No, there is no stark difference between feeling depressed and insulting the surgeon. The insults stems from anger. The disappointed party is either angry at themselves or with the surgeon. In Boil's case, Dr. Chuang did not do as he wanted and the results were thus not what he expected. ...

Just reading

I'm just reading through the posts. I can understand boil18 frustrations. It's very difficult to be so young and go into surgery to end up looking so far removed from yourself. I am going through the same thing. I was angry, depressed, I didn't know why the doctor couldn't deliver the extremely subt...
