Fair point, I understand the implication if I do so. But it still nevertheless baffles me. He didnt buy it new, therefore he shouldn't expect it new. All the faults he listed are really minor issues which were there at the time of the sale. Wear and tear. Logic dictates he shouldn't expect the flat ...

Been fuming for the past 48 hours with no real access to any advice and then I remembered this forum. So here goes. We moved into a brand new unfurnished condo in Oct 2010. The original landlord sold the property in Dec 2011 to a new landlord. For various reasons, we decided a few months ago we woul...

Fun for 3yo

We're celebrating our sons 3rd birthday soon and have invited a bunch of his friends from nursery to attend. As this is the first birthday party we are organising (First 2 birthdays were small family affairs), I'm not too sure how to entertain 2-3 year olds! Has anyone got any suggestions on what to...

Firstly, thanks for the response. Secondly, it's not like I quit gaming while Wolfenstein 3D was popular ;) But seroiusly, are you telling me most people now DL their PC games? How long does it take to DL a 3GB+ game on these ridiculously slow Singapore internet connections? I guess the games should...

PC Games?

I've recently got back into PC gaming after a pause of about 3 years (baby born 3 years ago - priorities changed ;) Anyway, was wondering whether anyone could suggest a good place to buy PC Games? Most of the stores I've seen so far have a very poor selection and I still haven't come across a place ...

Just moved to Singapore and keen to play

I've been playing in London for the past 6 years twice a week and I'm looking to join a team.

Any teams short of players? Doesnt matter whether its 5 or 11-a-side just wanna kick a ball about!

Preferably a team competing in a league, but beggars can't be choosers...

Drop me a line

Ta,

Ivan

I cant say I'm Leo Messi, but I have been compared to Fabregas  Joking aside, just moved to Singapore and very keen to play. After playing for the past 6 years every Tue and Frid in London, am beginning to have serious footie withdrawal syndrome. Drop me a line on junction_76ia@yahoo.com if t...

Your company can start its own wholly owned subsidiary here. Depending on what you will be doing it can be a representatives office (basically no earned income in Singapore) or it can be a wholly owned private limited. Based on your limited information, if your company is "substantial" no Entrepass...

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi, I'd like to apologise firstly if this has already been covered in some of the other threads - I have gone through a lot of posts but cant find someone who was in a similiar position as myself. Long story short, my company (Headquarters in London but with offices all over the globe) is looking in...
