It also depends on which food court or hawker center you go to. Naturally those in the city would come closer to $10 or even more. You can find decent meals in the suburbs for $5 or less but you definitely need some trial&error / recommendation on which store is good.

How much do you pay for your legal fees for house purchase?

Hello everyone. Need some advice on legal fees for purchase of house in Singapore. How much do you pay? My bank gave me a subsidy up to $2500 but my lawyer is charging me $2900 .
