how long can a nose silicone implant last if no accidents/complications occur... is it possible to last a life time?

anyway to extend its lifespan if it doesnt last a life time?

i seriously thinking of ousting yanhee. heard some very bad reviews about it and i'm considering either bumrungrad or proabably dr preecha instead. the only problem is, they are so much more expensive comapred to yanhee. dr poomee for example charges 135000 for a nose job alone(about singapore 5000...

may i know if i-shape silicon implant is able to increase the length of my nose bridge too? by.. pushing slightly downwards..
or only a l-shape silicon is capable..
