you will need to wear the cast for about 6 to 7 days so is better for you to stay there 8days so the doctor can help you take out the stitches and the cast. Is it okay to wear black or skin tone stockings to the interview or they will ask you to take off the stockings at some point of stage. (e.g. skin check round, height round or any interview rounds)

I got a quote from some Singapore surgeon as well is about S$2000 to 3000.
If i'm going to travel to do it it will cost about the same too if i fly there and stay there.
Now i'm trying to figure out which will be better for me...
