The developer has refurbished Cairnhill Crest and it is reported to be now selling at more than S$2,000 per square foot (PSF). So your rent probably isn't gonna be low.

The Light @ Cairnhill is newish and stylish, also expensive.

The other two are older condos, so you can rent for less.
