Anyone have any comments on whether it is problematic to bring your US beds over to Singapore?

I have heard that the sizes are different over there, but if we bring our beds overseas, does anything happen to them in transit due to humidity,etc.?

anyone ever use santa fe relocation or kc date for move of household goods?

also, anyone care to comment on bringing beds from US to singapore..i.e.
does the humidity in transit do anything to them by the time they arrive?

what floor is high enough to avoid having cockroaches? are they really in all of the landed houses???

Anyone out there have a good experience with putting a very young child on the long bus ride from the city out to SAS in the woodlands?? It seems like such a long ride for a 6 year old.

Is it much shorter if you drive? Does anyone carpool?

Would love any firsthand information out there.

Anyone have any comments on the new american school (sais) vs SAS
from recent experience?

Also wondering if any other american families have good things to say about putting young children into the non american schools close to town, like OFS,Canadian School or Chatsworth?
