Anyone here consume ginseng regularly ??

Hi there , i used to hv constipation as well but after i consume ginseng daily , it works wonders !! trust me !! this ginseng is not heaty at all cos it use VERY LOW TEMP to heat so that it not heaty n suits asians body . currently i'm cosuming it n selling it too . any1 interested do pm me for fur...
