The handle of my over the shoulder bag broke and it needs a simple sew with a pretty tough sewing machine. Would be able to do this at home myself, but I didn't bring my machine to Singapore!

Any suggestions on the easiest way to get this done?

I'm not positive there are manicotti noodles at this place, but there's a store called Gastronomia in Holland Village that always has noodles on display, and seems to be a place you could find such things! I can check next time I walk by.
