You can try the HDB website, its got this map service that shows you what is available in the region. Carpark, Hawker centres, things like that. Otherwise, a few other wesites you can try are streetdirectory or shownearby analytics.

You can visit the govt polyclinics around singapore. They offer subsidised rates to the general public for normal consultations. Otherwise, visitin the local GPs arent too expensive either. For a normal bout of flu, it'll cost you about 20-30 SGD for consultation and medicine.
