I am facing some problem in using it.:o I see locked beside the date (upper riight hand side)and even i press the hold bottom, it doesn't work.Now i can't play, press ...do anything. Is anybody know who to fix it???? :???: Having problems using "it", eh? I hear Viagra is pretty useful in situations...

Firstly, What computer are u Using and Whats ur Windows OS that you are running?

Hope its not the Handling problem by the movers!
Can u hear any Harddisk Sound or Chime Sound. Once you Power on the PC

(or) check with all the cables disconnected, with just the power cable connection to the PC...
