Absolutely agree with SMS. This behaviour has nothing to do with 'Singapore culture'. In a nutshell, the restaurants are only interested in making money. Since Singapore has abolished tipping in all services, and included a 10% service charge + 5% GST, we still have to pay for the 'so-called' servic...

There are Maxim, Wing Wah, Kei Wah and Hang Hseung mooncakes for sale at the Basement of Ngee Ann City. The stalls would be there till this friday!

Hehehe... i bought the eggrolls from Hang Hseung, but the almond biscuits from Kei Wah are sold out... sigh***
