I had it done at le papillon. They might still offer 15% off for first time customers. I've been really happy with the result but at the same time felt like the stylist was always rushing me out the door and was usually working on a few clients at once (this was usually after work...there might be q...

I'm not sure stylist wise but I would definitely recommend getting a keratin treatment. I've had it done twice here and its been a saviour, I'd suggest you just do a google search for places that do it, more and more salons are picking it up now. There's a lot of different versions of the product so...

Re: Similar concern

Did you ever find a location? I have been offered a post at NTU and my wife and I are thinking about where we could live in Singapore. I have similar concerns as NTU on campus housing seems to far away from everything. Also, how do you find the work culture compared to Australia? My PhD is from an ...

Hey,

Yep the treatment I got is free of formaldehyde- not 100% sure about the other keratin treatments though?? Definitely ask or do a search before you commit so you know what you're putting on your hair (and likely breathing in!).

Hope you love it as much as I do!

Cheers,
Holly

Hey, The treatment involves coating your hair with keratin and then using heat to seal it into the hair. As far as I know keratin is basically the protein that your hair is made of. Cost ranges between $350-$450 or so. I have med-long hair that just comes to around my armpits. I was quoted $400 at l...

Have you thought about getting a keratin treatment? I've got naturally curly hair which I used to straighten on a daily basis and the humidity here is a killer. There are a heap of different variations but I decided to get the brazilian blowout done at le papillon (the other salons I know of offerin...
