There was a bigger change in my salary and change was more then 60 % hike. That was the evidence and also my wife got job in singapore.

Hi Yanoby, We appealed through written application to ICA in dec 2010 after our rejection in Oct 2010. I am still waiting for the outcome. I know chances are near to zero but it is not zero. I know now a days ICA taking lot of time in processing and I know some people who are waiting for the outcome...

Now a days the the waiting time is more , It might take 9- 12 months for the outcome .

I think no news is a good news .I agree that outcome of PR with straight rejection may come in 1-2 months. I know people are waiting for the outcome for more than a year , In the mean while you can submit the updated docs of your spouse.

Patience is the only key.

MOM will never issue two LOC at a time.Once LOC is cancelled then only the new one can be issued.

PR approval depends on lot of factors
1 . Salary
2. Educational Background
3. Married / Un married
4. Race ..etc

As you know the ground sentiments are not good now a days , So my advise is to wait for some time may be a year or soo and then apply.

I have submitted appeal against my PR rejection in Dec 2010 & ICA asked me to submit the salary details like salary slip , letter from employer with my salary and duration of employment in april 2011.

I am also waiting for the result.

We mentioned that I am staying in Singapore since last 4 years and my wife is staying for 1 1/2 years . I am also a regular blood donor and me and my wife both are doing social service in national library.We both are members of friends of library services .

Yes , I got increment in my salary in April 2011 So I was not able to submit the updated salary slip but I have submitted the letter from my company mentioning my updated salary .
