Bonjour, I am looking for someone who particularly speaks French. Studied a few semesters of it back in college and I lived with French roommates for a while. I am pretty good when intoxicated but I'm kind of losing most of it. I am interested in having conversations in French.

Making friends should be easy here. Keep in touch with your embassy for they should throw you a couple of social events for relocated Americans just like you. Depends. If you're trying to score with classy local chicks go to Loewy's in Kuningan, it's a New York style bar with a lot of expats and white-washed girls.
