yeah, it's an S-Pass.

All the news about cutting back on importing FTs... I applied for her online (as a Finance & Admin Exec). She got approved in 4 days.

4 yrs work experience in Philippines and none in SG.

Going to hire someone who needs an EP (salary $2500). I've already done all the procedures to be able to apply the EP online at MOM for my employee. I have to do this myself instead of a HR person. I've been staring at spreadsheet all day.

All of a sudden a thought came to mind:

they call it a clusterf*ck because people don't like cluster or that cluster is confusing?

The thing with Singaporean English is that they speak very fast and employ a lot of abrupt sounds. I would like to know how to improve understanding Singapore English. The problem with Singlish is that it is not English with a Singaporean accent. It is almost a different language with its own gramm...
