There's this shop in Plaza Singapura, it's some aussie brand swimsuits, you might find something nice there. I can't remember the name of the shop but it's right beside World of sports.

You can try buying a big piece of plywood (to cover the outside windows), eat a bunch of eggs to get the egg cartons , staple the cartons on the plywood, then put the plywood on the wall, with the egg cartons between the wood and your windows. I had the same problem when I first arrived in Singapore, I only brought a couple of stuff with me so I had to buy new clothes. Went to M&S, sizes are either too big and too long, or way too tight.
