I've used this in the past and really liked it. Its not a 'miracle cure' but definate improvement after use.

I completely agree with poodlek.

Medication has its place as treating the symtoms but ultimately the source of the problem needs to be dealt with,be it change in lifestyle, CBT etc., in order to halt of repeat epidsodes.

My shipping co suggested decanting all my DVDs from the boxes and take them as luggage when flying in. This was not to circumvent the authorities as you should declare them on arrival, but the shipping co said that customs checks the DVDs and charge $3 per hour.
