Seeking advice on a neighborhood/area that fits. I'm 34, single, male. Social life is a priority, want to chill with lots of other expats, close to pubs, shows etc would be a big bonus. Work is in Woodlands area, MRT commute under 30min would be nice. No car. housing budget in the $5-7k/month range....
