Flea Fly Flo is having their next flea on this 31st January at Home Club (Riverwalk) from 2pm to 930pm.

Fees for Tanglin Mall is $85 now & with more restrictions. Previously, you can sell any 2nd hand items but now only strictly on 2nd hand fashionwear, bags, accessories or shoes.

I wonder how is the traffic for China Square or is it covered area?

It really depends on how many people they have shortlisted. Even for the morning slots, it's good as in if you are lucky, you can finish all the rounds within same day, else at least you will finish the round early & can do other stuff for the rest of the day.
