We looking to start a small business in a shopping mall and our future landlord is looking to charge us a % of future earnings.

Is this regular practice in Singapore? How much do they normally want? Seems a bit crazy to me!

Im also interested in getting DSTV. The only sport you can see in Singapore is football... DSTV has all the football, rugby, cricket etc etc.

Does anyone know if you can use Dream TV satelite in Singapore? Any other ideas on how to get DSTV?
