What is the best way to get to and from Malaysia? I'm a US expat in Singapore so no need to get a Visa. I just have no clue on the best way to get there and back. Any help or ideals, anyone? Walking? You can rent a car and drive up thru the causeway OR go by air to KL or Penang or Langkawi. It all depends what you want to do and for how long you intend to stay there I'm new to the region so any ideals on things to do would be helpful.
