Hi h-bear, Gyms in Singapore generally provide lockers for users for their each visit but not on a monthly basis. And most of all, no laundry services by the gyms... :) well... at least for my gym, we provide lockers each time a client comes to train, and of course showers and towels are inclusive.....

i used to train in Bugis CF, but it's starting to get busy there and you will have to wait for your turn to use the free weights equipment sometimes...

so now that i've started my own gym with my partner, i can train anytime... at my own facility...

yes... i have tried Reductil before and its quite effective... lost some inches around my waist and thigh... but you have to stop for at least 2 weeks after 1 months course... if not it will not be effective on you again.
