Hi, I just got here to Singapore two weeks ago (from the US). I'm a student on exchange doing research for three months. I've enjoyed meeting lots of Singaporean students but not many other "expats" and it would be nice to find that community.
I love hiking/other adventure travel (scuba, white water rafting, caving) and would like to find more people who want to plan weekend trips this summer, since I won't be here long!
!!**ALSO**!!: I'm probably going to book flights soon for a weekend trip to Bangkok in early August but would love to find travel-mates if anyone else is interested in doing a whirlwind sightseeing trip to the city. I've been told the nightlife scene there is also a lot of fun. Right now the round trip tickets are under $200, and staying in a hostel there is very cheap.
Finally if there's any type of regularly meeting group of young expats please let me know too, I'd love to meet more people.
