Hello all. I have not received the final approval letter for Singapore citizenship after completing the SC journey. It is now 3 weeks. I had submitted the application on the new portal and received the IPA through the new portal, so do you think the process may have changed? Should I be worried? I have followed up with the ICA as well, but checking if someone has had a similar experience on the new portal. Thank u.

How do you suppose that anyone here can guess the inner workings of the ICA? Whatever happened to someone else has no bearing on what will happen to you.

If you have still not received the approval letter, give ICA a call. They're pretty helpful to 'approved' citizens. You'll find the contact details by using the MyICA portal in your SingPass app.

Have you uploaded your photo and make the payment in the myica after completing the SC journey?

Thank you @sonnabend In the new e-service system, during the Completion of Formalities stage, the payment notification is supposed to come a few days after completing the confirmation of personal particulars and uploading the photo. See here for more details: I uploaded the photo during this stage.

And no, that notification to make the payment has not come yet either.
