since things are forming up slowly, just deploy my help if you need to~
recalling last's year's pool party, you got to lug lots of stuff... etc..

EPL, I will confirm with you later after check with my friend if she wants to join this special event during her SG visit on 11-14 Aug.

sorry guys after checking with quite a number of ppls off the board - I think very likely we are going to kick off on the 29 Jul 2006 the coming Saturday at ECP

There are some posted on 12 August but then also can make it on 29 Jul too excepts the following:-

1. adrianlee - will not be in town
2. javer - with prior engagement but I do hope you could join us later
3. koyuli - ditto the above
4. ramondo79 - out of town too

what say you ?

Thank you PoohBear for the reminder.

The thing is I have just found out that the whole Singapore's bbq pits are booked out

except West Coast Park (1 left) and Labrador Park (1 left).. even the Bring You Own Pits are only available for eve public/school holiday ..

If we do potluck in ECP, which point/location of ECP we gonna place our stuffs ?

So, may I have any other suggestions and ideas to make this event/celebration successful ?

West coast....a little too far to go...

I thought the 2 options are ECP and somewhere...but not West Coast mentioned!

You're right deb96, it was either ECP or Sentosa.
Very likely we'll be going to ECP as I have posted earlier.

By the way, you have commented that the link provided for BBQ are just basically junk food, may I have your suggestion of what food should be prepared? Your suggestions and ideas would be appreciated by all.
