We go to the Margarita's on the west coast (closer to our home). In my humble opinion, it's the best mexican food in Singapore.

Incidentally, I just had dinner at Margarita's yesterday.
I tried both the East Coast Road and Faber Drive outlets. You should go to the East Coast Road one definitely, I was very disappointed with the taste at the Faber Drive outlet.
The fajitas are awesome! The meat is so succulent, you can literally taste the tenderness when you bite into it! Yum!

Cafe Iguana, Riverside Point is another one, not good at all. Chico's and Charlie's in Orchard Parade Hotel is also decent.
Margarita's on the East Coast is fabulous. Must try.
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Fish is super expensive. Otherwise from my neighbourhood coffeeshop can still get economy rice for 2 people (1 meat 2 veg) for about $7.
