If you run first thing in the morning, it is not that hot yet. Moreover, once you will know you are pregnant, you will most likely have to slow down or switch to a lighter workout. I have been exercising up till my positive pregnancy test. Later, I have consulted two doctors and one said complete nono for the first trimester, second said 50% norm, no panting, no shortness of breath and it should be ok. I have listened to the second one, I am working out gently, nothing really that intense as I was doing before my pregnancy. So far so good
