pediatrician in clementi/west coast area

Hi everyone, we will move to Singapore in 2 months when our twins will be 2 or 3 weeks old. We will be living on Clementi Road next to NUS. Can anyone recommend me a good pediatrician in that area?

Anyone lived in a west facing home? How do you bear with the heat?
I've been in 2 homes with west sun and it's scorching and my electric bills always...
