Postnatal midwife visits

Does anybody know of a postnatal midwife service that is offered in Singapore? I know a little about the confinement nannies, but we're not interested in a full time service. What I'm looking for is several visits over 6 weeks or so after birth. In my searching I have only found one service that offers 2 hr appointments in the first 3 days at home.
