Apply letter of consent

Hi everyone. I am DP holder. I applied in the dental assistant position and got agreement from employer. I gave my Written Consent to him. After sent my Written Consent to MOM, he ask me that I have to apply Letter Of Consent from MOM by mysefl (with $700 fee)
But as I know, only employer or agent can apply LOC from MOM.
So do you know how to apply LOC from MOM?

You are being scammed. The employer applies for the Letter of Consent. It costs nothing.

From what I know, usually Application from MOM have to be apply by your Employer or Agent. hmm
