I would like to ask for advice on my PR chance new application first time.
Nationality: Indian
Age:33
Race: Indian
Gender: Male
Marital status: married
Kid’s:1 daughter
Applied for: family
Education: Bachelors of Technology, computer
Spouse education : Bachelors of Technology, computer and MBA
Spouse work : homemaker
Length of stay in SG: 2 years in coivd I went india and joined back
Pass type: EP
Occupation: senior consultant
Salary: ~ S$84k
Work experience: 10 years and In SG 2
Appreciate any guidance.

Even Malaysian Chinese may not get an approval with that profile. Plus, you took a 2 year break during covid. Which kind of talks about your staying power - the next time there's a small crisis, you'll pack up and leave (for whatever reason you may have).

Will be very tough, you're so new to SG and the fact that you returned to India during the pandemic may not be looked upon favorably.

Right! Leaving during a tenuous time for SG will have you seen as a flight risk.

I left sg because I lost my job after that I appeared few interviews but no luck
again I got opportunity returned back
When Iam on social visit pass pandemic time I selected for sg Health care cops for social work but no chance to work
I will take some time

Continuity In your work career/stability and also being in Sg continuosly for job (not referring to sg company posting you overseas) will be couple of main factors for PR application.
