Any risks if the owner does not register me as authorized tenant

I have been renting one of the room in a HDB flat for 5 years. Currently a singapore PR. My landlord is residing overseas and our lease agreement is directly to her. I realized that she has never registered me as an authorized tenant three years ago. I know it is against HDB policies but I don't seem to find any consequences if the owner does not register the tenants. Other than the owner could be fined, I could be evicted anytime, what else should I know?
