Institution offer for Deferment

Hi All,

My son has shown interest in doing a diploma overseas at the age of 17.

Wondering if NS will accept the institution's conditional offer letter.
As the institute wants my son to finish pre-requisite courses before allowing him to register for courses.

Please share your experience.

I doubt your son at 17 can leave Singapore as they will be suspicious that hemay try not to return for ns regardless of the truth which no one will know except the 17 year old himself
