Inform ICA of job change

Post by darkdra771 » Fri, 08 Aug 2025 12:38 pm

Does anyone have any experience informing ICA of a job change in the middle of PR application using the new system?

Especially at what stage I should update my job information for the application ?

Potential stages:
1) Signing the new contract
2) Receiving IPA for new EP
3) New EP received
4) Submit resignation letter and serve the notice period
5) First day on the new job
6) First paycheck (unlikely)

And what kind of documents are required?
1) Signed contract
2) IPA
3) New EP
4) Letter of confirmation from new employer ? (This seems to be required in the old system, but required in the new one?)
5) First payslip (unlikely cause maybe too late to inform ICA?)

My assumption is to inform ICA at stage 3 when I received the new EP and then upload the signed contract and the new EP.
