Hi I am wanting to see some inputs from the experts on the board to see if there is a chance for my profile
India 44yrs - Earning 200K in Marketing
Wife is not working
2 Kids - 2 Boys
Have about SGD 1.2 mil in Liquid assets in SG and some bonds
8 years in Singapore, have applied 2 times and got rejected after about 6 months have a EP valid for 3 years. have all my profile verified with MOM.
Well integrated in the community , i know age is not on my side

You do realize that your liquid assets aren’t going to make any difference… unless you are applying for PR under the GIP scheme, but in that case, you’d need a lot more than $1.2m.

I get your point the liquid assets on their own don’t directly influence PR outcomes unless its under the investment route
I was thinking from a indirect route that demonstrates financial stability and the ability to sustain oneself without being a burden, especially when paired with stable employment, and intent to stay long-term.
it wasn’t meant to signal wealth but rather financial prudence and also benchmarking against the CPF and general savings average for my age.

You would have already scored points for financial stability via your job and past working history. So, showing more liquid assets will not get any additional points
