In case you're familiar with this foot reflexology company.. Which started operations rather long ago in 90s? Or 2000s? They hv officially closed down.
Business must hv been tough and competitive. Rents and staff are hell expensive.
And with a business operation with not much customer service and PR, I'm not surprised.
