SPass Medical Examination

Hi everyone, I’m new here.

I recently received my SPass IPA letter and was instructed to complete the medical examination. I was informed that I need to bring my passport, IPA letter, and the clinic letter for the check-up.

I noticed that the IPA letter includes a declaration form that needs to be signed by both me and my employer representative.

My question is: does the IPA declaration form need to be fully signed before I can proceed with the medical examination, or can I still do the medical examination first without the completed signatures?
