I arrived from NYC about three weeks ago.
Hi,
I would like to be called: sticks and stones may break my bones...
I am from: Born / raised in detroit, also by way of SF and NYC.
I am: 30
Birthday: u trying to steal my identity???![]()
I love to: eat, shop, watch tv and movies, play sports, lounge around the house and do nothing only to wonder how 8 hours elapsed, travel, read, up for anything really...
anyways, my mom is coming to visit tonight and as such i have no idea where to take her to eat. Could you be so kind as to recommend a few of your favorite indian restaurants? She is vegetarian (but i am not...). any good guju food places to recommend? Many thanks for your assistance.
Cheers

U can get gujju kadi n khichadi in Sai Sagar just opp to masjid (nr mustafa) walk down 12-15 shops towards little india, thers 1 board hangin outside d restaurant written in Gujarati abt gujarati food...
There is one madam giving gujju tiffin..
As far as I know there is this old gujju lady called Taraben living in one of the block (I think just beside the bus stop) opposite the old Hindi movie wallah Bedok cinema along the main road..she used to make solid food..samosas and other guj food..dont have the contact number though
you can also try Chutney Cafe or Mumbai Makaan but they are limited to gujju only on some weekdays like Wednesday/Thursday
