Nah, I ensure I leave plenty of time, so that I never have to hurry and feel I have to fight through people or crowds...

Next time I see a motorcyclist on the pavement I will make a Citizens Arrest. Possible?

Ha! Interesting concept, getting involved here in other people's business.
More likely to 'tek pit-cher' and send to Stomp: Try to belittle/shame anonymously/at arms length.

That seems popular in Tampines , maybe all two wheeled vehicles are allowed on the footpaths there!!!

'The rule is simple: Please use the cycling lane and if you must use the pedestrian walkway, then please dismount. Certainly do not ring the bell and charge your way through the pedestrians, when you do not even have the right of way." [my bold]

This is my pet peeve
de jour, speeding cyclists on the pavement trying to 'bell you' out of their way. I just ignore them, but it doesn't go down well at all!
You can tell them what they're doing is illegal, but they just look down and with their 'water face' try and barge past you...

Umbrella stuck "accidentally" in the spokes.

There is the clothesline move as well. Maybe that's an American football thing.

Funny you say that as I did recently consider doing this
What I have done is completely 'tear a strip' of one such bullying law-breaking uncle. That time it had happened about 3x in a row between home and the shops, and I had a brief lapse in the usual 'let it all wash over' mode. Of course he just put on a water-face and continued barging past me. If made feel a bit better though, that at least some kind of justice was reached.
edit: repetition.

Waiting for the bus to work this morning ..... The pelaton from the Tour de Pasir Ris went past , however they appeared to be not too concerned about red lights as they just went straight through them.
Even the guys struggling 40m off the back of the group and not going particularly quickly went straight through the lights.
I appreciates when you are cycling up hill (a slight incline) you probably dont want to stop and go however laws are laws and they should abide by them.
Singapore really isn't conducive to serious road cycling, the park connectors and cycle lines on the footpath are not for serious cyclists, so unless you are very lucky with traffic lights , ride up and down that road by the side of the airport, or there are some roads "out in the wilds" that don't have traffic lights every 100m you are not gonna get much serious action without breaking the law.
